Is this Health Insurance?
No. Member Medical is not insurance and does not replace your insurance plan. Your monthly fee entitles you to five (5) Urgent Care visits at participating locations, care concierge (navigation to proven low cost providers for additional medical attention, if needed), and an annual flu shot. You may be responsible for the cost of ancillary services not included in a normal Urgent Care visit (i.e. complex labs, X-Ray services, etc.).
How do I redeem an Urgent Care visit?
In order to use an Urgent Care visit included with your membership, simply visit a participating location, have a valid photo ID ready and indicate you are a member. A $10 visit fee will be required for each Urgent Care visit.
Will my Urgent Care visits apply to my deductible?
No. Member Medical is not insurance and will not bill your insurance for your Urgent Care visits or apply to any deductibles.
Can I use my Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for Member Medical?
Yes. Member Medical is considered a qualifying medical expense and is therefore eligible to be paid for with HSA funds. You can also use your HSA to pay for any outstanding balances for ancillary services.
What if I need additional Urgent Care visits?
Member Medical entitles its members to five (5) visits in a calendar year at no charge. Should you need additional visits, you will be able to visit a participating Urgent Care for just $75 per visit after your limit has been reached. This rate is exclusively for members of the Member Medical program and is a substantial discount from the normal out of pocket cost of an Urgent Care visit. Flu Vaccines will not count toward your number of visits.
What if I need additional medical attention?
Member Medical understands that while our participating providers deliver a wide array of medical services, you may need additional care outside of that facility. We will help you navigate the complex health care system in order for you to continue to receive the best care at an affordable rate. If a referral is needed, clinicians at our participating locations will provide you with the necessary documentation. We will be able to help schedule your appointment in an appropriate amount of time. It is important to remember that for life-threatening or emergency medical needs, you should dial 9-1-1 or visit the nearest emergency room.
Where will my membership be accepted?
Member Medical is proud to partner with high quality, low cost facilities in order to deliver the best medical care when you need it. Currently, our participating locations include ExpressMED Urgent Care centers in New Hampshire and ClearChoice MD Urgent Care Centers in New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont. As additional locations are added, the website will be updated to reflect those changes.
How much does a membership cost?
We offer memberships at different rates based on your needs. An individual membership costs $19 per month. Additional family members may be added for $19 per person, per month. A one-time registration fee of $10 per account is charged at the time of registration.

What is the Care Concierge?
Our Care Concierge service helps you navigate the complex world of healthcare by shopping for medical services and scheduling appointments for you. For example, if a member visits a participating location and needs to have an MRI for further diagnosis, our providers will help that member find the lowest cost, most convenient location to have the service, provide the referral and schedule the appointment for the member at an appropriate time. This way, members will receive the best care, at the best price and achieve the best possible outcome.
